About Lili Daftarian

Lili Daftarian, co-founder, principal, and broker of record of The Daftarian Group, was born and bred in the real estate industry, counting many highly successful real estate professionals as family members and mentors.

 

Lili launched her own impressive real estate sales and marketing career in 2007 and is known for skillfully representing a wide range of clients throughout Southern California, with a special focus on luxury communities within coastal Orange County. Proven effective in recording seamless transactions in any economic climate, Lili has a keen grasp of the region’s changeable market conditions and the nuances of its submarkets – which proves to be a key competitive advantage for her clients.

 

Lili also is an exceptionally talented marketer and negotiator who has earned the utmost respect of her peers and clients and is known as a standard-setter for client service excellence.

 

A philanthropist at heart, Lili sits on the foundation board of directors at CHOC (Children’s Hospital of Orange County). She is also co-chair of the CHOC Gala 2022, and The Daftarian Group are proud supporter of CHOC by donating a portion of every real estate transaction to the foundation. Giving back to our community means everything to Paul and Lili.

 

A California native, Lili graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor of arts in psychology. She resides in Newport Coast with her husband and business partner, Paul, and their two daughters, Natasha and Tatiana.
